WhatsApp is in danger after a recent Telegram update that allows you to transfer your chat from WhatsApp

Written by mac

Telegram v7.4.0 will now offer the ability to transfer chats, i.e. recorded messages from other messaging applications such as WhatsApp, Line and KakaoTalk. This decision follows a controversial change in WhatsApp’s privacy policy to share user data with Facebook, which led millions of users to switch to other platforms such as Telegram. The new chat forwarding feature works for both individual and group chats.

Other changes in Telegram v7.4.0 include additional options for deleting chats with the ability to delete chats and calls for both parties, as well as delete groups for all participating members. Voice conversations now have the ability to individually adjust the volume for all participants, as well as rewind and fast rewind the speed of music playback inside the built-in audio player.

Other Android add-ons include new animations. There is also an option to report fake channels and groups posing as celebrities or organizations. Improvements have also been made for accessibility users with TalkBack and VoiceOver.
