4GHz all core? Why would anyone want to see this? Well when we stop both Intel's 9900K and AMD's Zen 2 3700X to both 4GHz, then we can have a true clock for clock comparison to see how these CPUs perform both in productivity and games, where the results are surprisingly interesting, where AMD's IPC lead doesn't exactly translate into everything PC just yet.
