The new Acer Spin 713 Chromebook from 2021 has a lot going for it. A large screen that's closer to 4:3 than 16:9 meets decent performance, strong hardware, and plenty of connectors. This aspect ratio is ideal for productivity, writing, and browsing the web, and the big screen provides for a spacious trackpad. A hefty design and mediocre battery life are drawbacks, but we still think this is one of the finest Chromebooks.
