Last year I walked past an interesting start up called Ambi Labs, they had their Ambi Climate device that was Smart AI control, since then they have won a D&I award for last year's Computex and are at InnoVEX this year showing off the second revision.
The Ambi Climate will allow you to essentially replace your traditional aircon remote and control your Aircon from your smartphone or smart device (like Google Home etc.).
Not only does it do this, but it also learns how you like your environment and then can be fully automatic and so switches off when you are not near the device or can be set within temperature or humidity thresholds, thus saving you power.
You can also pair it with more than one device so other uses can experience the same comfort.
