Apple released a new iPad air, an iPad mini, a new high-res iMac and a new Mac Mini today, refreshing key parts of its PC lineup for the holidays. The Mac Mini was probably the biggest surprise. It's a total refresh of Apple's low-cost desktop PC, with an Intel Core i5 processor, 500 gig hard drive and 4 gigs of RAM for $499.
