Apple's new iPhone SE follows the company's practice of offering excellent entry-level hardware at a lower price than a regular iPhone. The A15 Bionic SOC, which is found in the regular iPhone and iPhone Pro, is used in this year's SE, although it is paired with a terrible screen and a single camera lens. It's certainly the phone for you if you're an Apple devotee on a budget, but Android has several attractive options at a similar price.
