1st Generation 4 Core Xeons can be had for VERY cheap, like.... $10 cheap, 4 cores 8 threads at this price certainly screams good value, though getting a good x58 motherboard usually means you want to go with a 6 core instead, though when it comes to a dual socket, non overclockable motherboard, the 4 cores offer the higher clock speeds, and now that you have 8 cores... is this worth a recommendation? let's find out.
