Better than the NVidia Founders...? | RTX 4090 Vulcan OC Review

In this review and benchmark comparison, we look at Colorful's Vulcan OC RTX 4090 iGame, which has a dual bios, normal and turbo mode, turbo mode essentially overclocks the card higher, but at much higher power consumption, which I don't recommend at all in 2022. Though what about undervolting? Well thats the real MVP and here is where the Vulcan delivers with great temps and low noise.
