Now I've been messing around a lot with models lately, and recently I've finally learned UV-mapping which is essentially a key-point during the modeling process. It gives the following tree comparison between what Valve made and what I currently achieved for what seems to be my very first tree ever.

I've learned the following to do this under 3 houres:

* UV-Mapping
* Making vegetation textures (with all necessary values and colors)
* Making a tree mesh the best way it can
* Swaying the treeleaves (which is a feature since L4D2

I plan to make many of such trees, and keep in mind this was only the first try ever. I will improve them, and then within a few months release some on my site:
