Hospital Remake is semi-popular on most servers, seeing a healthy amount of rotation. It's an easily accessible map, easy to learn, not too long in terms of replayability, and offers branching paths. The problem, however, is that it suffers too much from an abundance of freezenades among other items. Since most servers nowadays offers way too many items per player, this map is not so fun to be played as a zombie player. Often the helicopter is already at the landing zone before the first zombie has arrived, making the successive runs feel dry and boring.

Regardless, should servers tweak settings per map to improve balancing issues, this map could be a lot of fun! Occasionally, you have the overpowered admin or cheating server owner that turns himself into a nemesis monster which is arguably the only time zombies win, but that gets repetitive real quick (and isn't really fun since the game is rigged).

Overall, a great map in need of server tweaking to function properly. Enjoy!
