Often seen as Enviolinador's 'magnus opus', Paper Escaper is a great Zombie Escape map, featuring amazing gameplay with special items, boss battles, branching paths, and an increasingly difficult storyline within the paper universe he's created.

This map, at the time of release on Source, was praised for its innovation and unique styling in regards of texturing and level design. Therefor it remains one of the more iconic maps in the Zombie Escape world. It's a fun map to play on, requires apt teamwork and timings, provides enough challenges, and doesn't overload players with too many items so it becomes impossible to understand what's happening.

On one sidenote, I have to admit that reaching the ending is really amazing and gives a you a good feeling. BUT, due to the style of the map, it can get a little bit repetitive over time, because the spawn is always the same no matter what level you start on. The mapper has used color correction to counter that, which is good, but then again the map lasts 5 levels long.

Regardless, that's a minor thing compared to everything else, it's a big recommendation, and every fan MUST have played this map at least once!
