The Truth on santassination is clearly one of the most bombastic events I've ever seen on the Source Engine. Not only does this level on its own take around 15 minutes beginning to end, but it is an extension of ACT 3 (which can only be triggered by shooting Simba or his father lion at the prologue, if you don't do this it remains unlocked forever). So, in total we're easily talking around 30 minutes of playtime before you can actually take a shot at the ludicrous socrates boss, and that is only if you actually get to ACT 3 in the first place, so in total we're talking about an hour easily.

Take that into account, knowing that THEN, there is even an EXTREME mode of each ACT + the truth. This is basically then called the "the truth - the truth" ending. This features the final boss (socrates again) with much more HP, increased speed, and an additional UNKILLABLE moonmonster from Rota Derp. It's just insane. Not beaten on CS:GO as of posting this video.
