The Droid Charge by Samsung is a 4G LTE phone that gets 5-12 mbps down and 2-5 mbps up speed. The phone runs on a 1GHz Samsung CPU, Android 2.2 Froyo, and has front and rear cameras as well as a 4.3" Super AMOLED Plus display.
