Lisa Gade reviews the Deebot N79S by Ecovacs, an update to the very popular N79 that adds Alexa integration, a revised 3 stage cleaning system and more. For the $229 list price, the N79S has quite a few features you’d pay more for in a Roomba or Neato Botvac. It comes with a remote, works over WiFi with iOS and Android apps, has scheduled cleaning, and a variety of cleaning programs including manual (drive it with the remote). The design is similar to Roomba and the Shark Ion robotic vacuums.
