This is a dual review looking at both the Radeon 5700 XT vs. the Galax RTX 2060 Super, a custom AIB solution from Nvidia, and it shows why AMD desperately needs to allow AIB partners to release their cards simultaneously to the reference model. As the reference model with its 70mm single fan just isn't able to keep overclocks stable on this card, and in fact undervolting the card gave us less power consumption and slightly higher performance... At the moment the 5700 XT has good raw performance, but it is clearly limited by a poor blower style cooler that just gets ridiculously loud under load.
