Lisa Gade reviews the GeChic On-Lap 2501M portable LCD monitor. This is a 2.8 lb., 15.6" portable monitor with a variety of mobile-friendly inputs: HDMI, VGA, MHL (cables inlcuded). It has a 9300 mAh battery so there's no need to plug it into power when using it and it has speakers and a headphone jack. The display is 1366 x 768 and is matte, though it's a TN panel so viewing angles aren't terribly wide and contrast is average at 400:1. It sells for $249 and is currently available from Amos USA in Freemont, CA. It works with cameras, smartphones, laptops, desktops and tablets.
