Here at iFixit when we talk about repair it usually means replacing a component in your device. Whether it’s a new front panel for your iPhone or an entire logic board for your computer, chances are that the part you are replacing, has many different components and not all of them are broken. What if you could just repair a piece of the part that’s busted? Well, you can, and we found out just how to do it.
