Google has just released its new fitness app, aptly named Google Fit, which the company first announced a few months ago at the Google i/o conference.
Google Fit is an app that taps into the sensors on your Android phone to automatically detect when you're walking, running, and bicycling. You can set a daily goal and watch in real time how close you are to meeting it.
