the GTX 970 was $329 USD in 2014 and nowadays it can be had for around $100 USD. besides the 3.5/4GB issue, it still owned the 1080p benchmarks. Though fast forward to 2022 and this card can be had for decent prices on the used market, especially considering the high levels of inflation happening. Though how does it perform in the latest titles at 1080p? What about the newest Apex Legends Update with Newcastle? or Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2? Let's put it to the test...!
