** Information **
If there are really very difficult solo quests in Guild Wars, this would defenitly be one of them! Before explaining I'll warn you that this quest is very frustrating, and MAKE SURE YOU GOT A LOT OF TIME IN ORDER TO COMPLETE IT.
This quest requires NOT that you are ascended, so anyone can do it anytime they want as long as they can reach either Kamadan or Lion's Arch.
You need to travel to the underworld (you don't need to pay) and be disguised as a Candy Corn Infantry in order to able to do the quest. Once done, you 'simply' need to talk to every Reaper in the Underworld. While this looks easy, it is totally not, but thanks to 4 powerful skills which were granted by Mad King you can do this with relative smart use/combination of the right skills.
It is advisable to start with the hardest reaper, since dying will make you lose ALL PROGRESS, so once the hardest is behind, you have no worries.
The Reaper of the Bone Pits is by far the hardest one, since there are Dead Threshers and Dead Collectors who can cast long-lasting hexes which, in overaggro, will surely kill you. The key is using the Mad King's Influence on the right moments. Make sure (if possible) that you are never targetted by any of their hexes BEFORE using the MKI. If you are targetted, eiter run back or still use MKI, only if you are hexed only once. Essence Of Celerity can help a lot here to maintain MKI permanently. The hardest of this part is not essentially the hexes, but the fact that they always patrol, so it's difficult to predict when and where to use MKI. Try to be in (nearly) the range of as much enemies as possible, and then use MKI to use the highest effect of it. Once at the reaper, wait for the dialogue to finish, and then do exactly the same on the backway. Once you survived this, take a deep breath, think that the worst is over, and continiue.
From here on, all the rest should be rather easy to do. If you really need help, watch either this video or consult guides/wikia to read about it. You can always ask me of course! Have fun!
