This is the Party Beacon Effect which give 50 points toward the Party Title Track. The effect is the same as the smiting skill "Ray Of Judgement" (Factions). On use of the effect, the town or outpost you are in will have a fireworks display active for 10 minutes.

They can be aquired from the following items:

- Gladiator's Zaishen Stronbox
- Hero's Zaishen Strongbox
- Strategist's Zaishen Strongbox
- Champion's Zaishen Strongbox
