Frostmaw's Burrows is a unique dungeon in Guild Wars for several reasons:

- It has 5 levels! That's 2-3 more than the maximum of all the other dungeons!
- It has the largest endboss and thus creature in the game.
- It contains the most exclusive items dedicated to a dungeon itself, very rare items.
- This is the northernmost point in the Tyrian Continent, and thus the World.
