*** Summary ***

- Defend Dzagonur Bastion against the invading generals.
- BONUS* Keep the defensive structures intact.
- *BONUS* Complete the mission in Hard Mode.

** Information **

Personally one of my favorite missions among all the Nightfall campaign, this mission is all about defending the Bastion (that supposedly gives acces to the Citadel of Dzagon (non-reachable area in Nightfall)) against the invading generals of Varesh. There are 3 gates and 3 bombards. All 6 of them can be destroyed by the allies of the general groups, and it's your job to protect them against the bosses! You also get the help of three Disciples of Secrets with each having 3 Vabbian Guards with them, resulting in a group of 12 allies! You are free to choose where to place them, but:

- Placing 1 Disciple at each bombard is not recommended in hard mode, and they will most likely be killed by their first groups and thus waited their valuable lives! Instead, placing ALL three of them at any bombardement will make them an undefeatable group, so it's your choice at which bombardement you place them (any of the three will do).

Then, it might be a good choiche to form a 4-4 party and defend every bombardement until you can get close to a boss. Foes will NEVER stop to come unless a boss gets defeated and a rift portal closes! If one party gets in trouble, 1 or eventually 2 players of the other team could help out a bit.

- In any case, make sure NONE of the 6 destructibles get destroyed, or else the bonus will fail!

From here on, it just depends on how strong your party is and if it can hold on a 4-4 team. You can always try to quickly cross from one to another, but that bring far more risks into play. Our party was such strong that we could survive with our Monk having disconnected during the round! If I had to advice the most important strategy: Make sure you get the generals ASAP because pressure can build up. The Monk and the Warrior boss are the most difficult ones, so make sure you get extra firepower to take them down. It might also help (as a logic strategy) to take down the monks first in order to quickly eliminate the other foes as well as the bosses. Have fun!
