Today I am building a complete Gaming Setup with 4 core 8 threaded Budget Xeon, and RX 580 with an SSD and 16GB of RAM, monitor keyboard and mouse, all for under $200! With deals from all sources ranging from a budget H55 motherboard to a good deal on a case and power supply, it wouldn't be too hard to source all the parts I have here online to build something for similar value.
