Lisa Gade reviews the late 2019 refresh of the 13.3” HP Spectre x360 Gem Cut with the new 4K OLED display option. HP has made the x360 considerably smaller and has shrunk the bezels in this redesign. The convertible Ultrabook has 360-degree hinges and it supports pen and touch (pen is included). It runs Windows 10 on quad core Intel 10th Gen Ice Lake Core i5 and i7 CPUs with Intel Iris Plus graphics. Cooling is also improved, and LTE-A 4G is optional. HP also offers it with a full HD IPS display and a high brightness privacy screen option is coming in early 2020.
