Lisa Gade reviews the HP ZBook 15, a powerful laptop or mobile workstation. The ZBook weighs 6.2 pounds and it runs on 4th generation Intel Haswell Core CPUs with NVIDIA Quadro dedicated graphics. We look at the quad core 2.7GHz Core i7-4800MQ with Quadro K2100M graphics, 16 gigs of DDR3 RAM, a fast HDD with 32 gig caching SSD, dual band WiFi, Bluetooth and HP's stunning 15.6" full HD DreamColor display that approaches complete Adobe RGB coverage. The laptop has plenty of ports, a removable battery, easily upgradable internals and meets MIL Spec 810G ruggedness certification. Prices range from $1,499 to $2,999. Our unit sells for $2,799. It targets graphics pros working with complex CAD designs, video editors and the like.
