It’s available with 4 or 8 gigs of DDR3 RAM and a 128, 256 or 512 gig SATA SSD. It has an IPS 3:2 aspect ratio display with 2160 x 1440 resolution and wide color gamut. It works with touch and the optional $59 MatePen that has palm rejection and 2,048 levels of pressure sensitivity. The tablet has a single USB-C Gen 1 port, a headphone jack, stereo speakers and a pogo connector for the optional keyboard case.

The MateBook starts at $699 for the Core m3 with 4 gigs of RAM and a 128 gig SSD (tablet only price). The Core m5 with 8 gigs of RAM and a 512 gig SSD is $1,199. The MateBook Keyboard Portfolio is $129 and the MateDock is $89. The MateBook ships mid-July 2016. it competes with Microsoft Surface Pro 4, the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S and the Dell XPS 12.
