Wireless headsets? They are starting to come into the world as a great option for someone who needs to move around, though needs to stay quiet. This is the HW-399M Wireless headset from dealextreme (http://dxurl.com/Rfdz).

The product almost had it all with great functionality, good range, good charge on the battery, it also felt really sturdy and was really comfortable. Then I started listening to them and that was where they started to fail me, with really mediocre sound quality (it sounded like someone had put a blanket over the speakers, though the volume could go very loud) and a decent mic that barely had enough gain to be heard properly. If they fix the sound quality and give more gain on the mic, then they will have a winner in the future, as the design was pretty slick and it worked pretty well in practice. Also the naming of the buttons could be reworked and the microphone mute button should be changed to a switch (as I found myself accidentally hitting the mute button a lot).
