In terms of physical dimensions, there isn't much of a difference between Series 6 and Series 7. I was able to use all of my Series 6 accessories with the Series 7, although I understand that manufacturers like to improve their products with each iteration of the Apple Watch. Make sure you get Series 7 products depending on when you're watching this video. The Series 6 stuff has a fair possibility of working, but I'm just throwing it out there for the risk averse.
