Lisa Gade reviews the iPad mini 7.9" iOS 6 tablet. The iPad mini has a 1024 x 768 IPS display and it runs on the Apple A5 CPU clocked at 1GHz with 512 megs of RAM. The price starts at $329 for the 16 gig WiFi model, and cellular 3G/4G LTE adds $130 to the price. It's also available in 32 and 64 gig capacities. Simply put, it's a 0.68 lb. and 0.28" thick iPad that's noticeably more portable and offers the same horsepower of the iPad 2 with an improved 720p front FaceTime camera and rear 5MP camera with BSI and a fast f.2/4 lens.
