This CPU cooler was teased at the start of the year at Vegas for CES, and now Deepcool's new Assa-sin 3 cooler is out in the wild and is touted to be better than the Noctua D15. Though is it? Today we test out both out of the box fan curves and also 100% fan curves, and even compare it to the Corsair H115i RGB platinum cooler.
