Many of my viewers have inquired about f.lux and whether or not I use it. Well, the answer is that I will be using it on all of my computers from now on because it is a truly great program that WORKS (and work well at that). This is also a type of teaser for an upcoming video I'll be releasing on blue light glasses and filters and whether or not they work - you can probably see in this movie that the $10 hardware store pc glasses work just fine.
