It took me a total of 104 houres of gameplay to get all the achievements. This includes 2 times finishing the game (once for getting used to the the changes between ME1 and ME2, and the second one for Insanity). Getting Insanity was by far the hardest of course, but away from that one achievement, No One Left Behind was the most difficult, and the longest of course because all your allies have to be loyal in order to succeed. After that, it's pretty much done as I have twice completed all the assignments (side-missions, side-quests), and a full captain's cabin. I owe all DLC and most of them are really worth it. The appearance pack is the only useless one, except for Garrus to have a proper armor instead of broken.
