Lisa Gade reviews the Moto E4, the most affordable member in the Moto phone lineup for 2017. This Android smartphone sells for $130 unlocked direct from Moto’s website and various retailers (it has 4G LTE and supports both GSM and CDMA networks). It’s also available via Amazon Prime for $100 with ads and as a Verizon pre-paid phone for $70 (unlockable after you’ve spent $75 on air time with Verizon).
The phone has a 5” HD display, a removable 2800 mAh battery, a front fingerprint scanner, 5MP front camera, 8MP rear camera and dual band WiFi 802.11ac. It runs the latest version of Android currently available- Nougat 7.1.1 with Google Assistant. The Moto E4 has a 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad core CPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage and a microSD card slot.
