Lisa Gade reviews the Motorola Droid RAZR M on Verizon. The RAZR M shares much in common with the original Droid RAZR but it's half the price at $99 with contract. The phone runs Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich (Jelly Bean upgrade coming by year's end) on a 1.5GHz Qualcomm S4 dual core CPU. It has 8 gigs of internal storage and a microSD card slot and NFC. The RAZR M has a 4.3" qHD Super AMOLED display yet it's surprisingly compact-- not much bigger than the iPhone 4S.
