With recent bargains abound, I picked up a 3770, motherboard and cooler for $50 AUD, and with this made a super cheap awesome gaming PC with a GTX 780. However when I completed it (honestly should have tested the motherboard first like I usually do), it didn't boot, so how to fix your computer?
