Lisa Gade reviews the OnePlus 5 unlocked Android smartphone running Oxygen OS and Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The OnePlus 5 is the manufacturer’s most expensive phone yet at $479 to $539 US, but it gains a classier look and dual rear cameras. The dual nano SIM phone is compatible with GSM networks and supports LTE on many bands. It has a 5.5” full HD AMOLED display, rear main and telephoto cameras and a front 16MP camera (all using Sony sensors). The mobile has the Snapdragon 835 CPU with Adreno 540 graphics and your choice of 6GB RAM and 64GB storage or 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The OnePlus 5 has a 3300 mAh battery and Dash Charging (OnePlus’ proprietary fast charging). NFC, Bluetooth 5.0 and WiFi 802.11ac with MIMO are standard.
