Lisa Gade reviews the OnePlus 7 Pro, the company’s highest end and most expensive Android phone for 2019. Note that there’s also a OnePlus 7 (not Pro) but that model is not available in the US. The OnePlus 7 Pro starts at $669 and it heads even deeper into flagship smartphone territory than previous OnePlus models. It has a striking 6.67” curved 3D Gorilla Glass OLED display that supports HDR10+ video, and it has an in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone runs Oxygen OS 9.5 (customized Android 9.0 Pie with Android Q beta available for download). It has a top of the line Snapdragon 855 processor, your choice of 6/8/12GB RAM and 128/256GB storage. It has 3 rear cameras (telephoto, wide angle and a main 48MP camera with Sony sensor), and a front pop-up 16MP camera so there are no notches or cut-outs in the display. It’s sold as an unlocked dual SIM phone that’s compatible with AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon in the US, and T-Mobile also carries the phone.
