Reference RX 480 PCIe Connection Issues?? Used Budget Motherboards Beware?

After testing and reviewing the RX480 people told me to touch on and take a look into the issue of the PCIe connection drawing more power than it should, and there are many sources that have confirmed this already, though what exactly does this mean for the end user? And how will this effect you if you want to buy a new RX 480?

Well the main problem I noticed here was that the card just simply wouldn't work with two motherboards that I had here, and not surprisingly they were the two budget motherboards that I had here, one that picked up for $20 (A z77 from ECS) and another that I picked up for $10, a P45 Neo, which can fit an x5460 in there which would make for a great little combo, but as fate would have it... it just wasn't meant to be :(.
