The Surface Pro 8 is the long-awaited Surface gadget. It's a well-built, modern Windows convertible that's powered by Intel's 11th-generation Core CPUs. It starts at $1,099, which excludes the keyboard and stylus. However, its expensive price does not imply that it is a horrible device; rather, it is ideal for a very niche clientele.
