Achievement 'Sleuth' = Find all the hidden levels. (Map = Unnamed, Two, Three, Four and Five. They can be found in the menu's.)

This achievement can only be gained after you completed all the levels (Easy medium and hard). Finding the levels isn't that hard, and the places are easy to predict. Also, they turn just like every unfinished (and finished) levels so you spot them immediatly. When you find the hidden level, the achievement will pop-up and you're almost done! Now just complete them to finish the entire game :) However, 'just finishing' may be the wrong therm to use, because they are pretty hard... Good luck!
