Ryzen 5 1400 is currently going for pretty good prices, and with the recent comments I have been receiving on my e5 2420 v2 videos I thought it was time to address these and state the differences between local and worldwide deals. Though is one definitively better than the other? Well it all depends on your budget and how much you can afford.
TL:DR if you can get good deals in your country on used hardware, then it's going to almost always be better than worldwide deals.
