Lisa Gade reviews the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom. This is both a 16 megapixel point and shoot camera and a phone. We look at the AT&T model that has both voice and 4G LTE data. It sells for $149 with contract and it features 10x optical zoom, a BSI sensor, optical image stabilization (OIS) and a Xenon flash. As an Android 4.2 smartphone it has a 1.5GHz dual core Exynos CPU, 1.5 gigs RAM and 16 gigs of internal storage plus a micro SDXC card slot. The phone's hardware is more similar to the Galaxy S3 rather than S4, despite the name. It has a 4.3", 540 x 960 Super AMOLED display, a 1.9MP front camera, dual band WiFi, Bluetooth and a GPS with GLONASS.
