The Galaxy S5 runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Samsung's TouchWiz software and UI. Inside it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad core 2.5GHz CPU with Adreno 330 graphics, 2 gigs of DDR3 RAM and 16 gigs of storage. The phone has a fingerprint scanner, heart rate monitor, dual band WiFi 802.11ac, NFC, GPS, a 2MP front full HD camera and a rear 16MP camera that can shoot 4k video. As per usual for high end Galaxy phones, it has a full HD Super AMOLED display. It's available on all major carriers.
