Cody Wilson, the creator of the world's first 3D printed gun, is suing the US state department over his right to keep distributing how-to instructions for the firearm. The government says "The Liberator" violates weapon trafficking rules, but Wilson says all he made was computer code, free speech. After waiting two years for a ruling, Wilson is now counter-suing.
