So a few months ago I got a cheap 4 Core OEM HP, the SFF Pro 3300 and this was bizarre, the GPU would boot, but freeze with a 750 ti, and today I thought we would try a lower power consumption GPU, the GT 1030, and I also bought another one for the mini itx editing rig... Though things don't go as well as planned...
