Today I got a chance to get my hands on the new Surface laptop, which includes the new Windows 10s operating system and also saw the updated arc mouse. This is an awesome piece of tech for students. I can definitely see this on my list of back to school tech. What are your thoughts on this new 13.5 inch touchscreen laptop?
