I smashed through Genshin with GameBench to benchmark the efficiency, battery life, and cooling system of this Xiaomi gaming phone.

With its Snapdragon 870 chipset, the Black Shark 4 falls short of premium competitors including the ROG Phone 5 and Legion Duel 2. (also found in the Poco F3).
It can, however, handle resource-intensive Android games, and it comes with great dedicated features like shoulder triggers and a tool-packed gaming mode.
