The Honor X9, a budget smartphone with amazing gaming capabilities and some of the best battery life on the market, is unboxed. A complete hands-on review, including my camera tests, gaming on Genshin Impact, and a tour of the Honor X9's top features, is available ahead of the UK and European launch.
The camera technology on this inexpensive phone is quite uncomplicated, with a 48MP primary sensor and no ultra-wide option. It's adequate for video capture as long as lighting circumstances aren't too difficult, but it's not the best.
Unlike many affordable smartphone rivals, the Honor X9 lacks a stereo speaker arrangement, a headphone connector, and expandable storage. And, oh no, it's still using Android 11.
The remainder, thankfully, is all excellent news. Performance, particularly in gaming
