An accidental Facebook update revealed that Facebook is testing a new Android app called Phone. Android Police were kind enough to take a screenshot of the update, which shows that Facebook's Phone app could act as a native dialer that shows information about who is calling you, and that it could also prevent commonly blocked numbers from calling you.
